Refund Policy

At Infinity Media Design, we take pride in delivering solutions that align with our clients’ business goals. Our refund policy is crafted to maintain transparency and fairness, honouring the resources, expertise, and commitment dedicated to each project.
This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions will take precedence.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We consider refunds only under specific circumstances to ensure consistency with our commitment to quality and resource allocation:

Pre-service Cancellations: If a client cancels before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued.

Client-Initiated Termination After Work Begins: If a project is terminated by the client after work has commenced, any eligible refund will be subject to deductions for completed deliverables and time invested, as outlined in our project quotation. Refunds will exclude the initial non-refundable advance payment.
2. Non-refundable Fees and Services
Certain fees and services are non-refundable to respect the dedicated resources and tailored planning provided:

Advance Payments: A non-refundable advance payment of fifty (50) percent of the project total is required before work begins. This advance is strictly non-refundable once work has started, except as required by law.

Consultation and Planning Fees: Fees for initial consultations, strategic planning, and initial design discussions are non-refundable, reflecting the upfront time and expertise invested.

Design Labour: For any design work underway, prorated deductions will be made, ensuring transparency regarding hours worked and deliverables provided.

Project-related Expenses: Costs directly related to the project, such as domain names, special fonts, and stock photography, are non-refundable. These will be itemised on the final invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Milestone-based Project Work
For projects based on structured milestones (e.g., web design, brand identity):

Completed Milestones: Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable, upholding our project agreements.

In-progress Milestones: For clients who discontinue during a milestone phase, prorated refunds may apply, based on the work completed and deliverables provided.
4. Cancellation Terms for Ongoing Services
To honour our commitment to a seamless service experience, we require:

One-month Notice Requirement: To cancel any ongoing services, we require written notice via email or letter, with the notice period starting on the first day of the month following receipt of the request. Services will continue through the end of the notice month, with billing aligned accordingly.

Mid-month Cancellations: For mid-month cancellation requests, services will continue through the end of the following month, as resources have been allocated for this period. Refunds are not applicable for mid-month cancellations to ensure fair resource management.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, with processing times subject to financial institution policies.
